What if you were already as important as the person you are trying to be,
or The incredible adventures of M. Courage

Constructed almost entirely from my own belongings, this installation involved the creation of an alter-ego ‘M.Courage’ who enacted a version of my own life within the restricted confines of the work’s boundaries. This involved frequent and perpetual ‘costume changes’, undertaking of fitness videos, and performances of karaoke versions of the original songs by my band Sleeps in Oysters – an exhausting and not particularly glamorous interpretation of pop star glamour.
